Omnia plate: (width up to 3m)

Concrete slabs approx. 5 cm thick are produced in widths up to 3 m. The statically required lower reinforcement and lattice girders, which ensure the rigidity of the assembly and the connection with the concrete, have already been installed in the production plant of prefabricated structures.

Ceiling elements are mainly used as single-span or continuous girder systems with a span of up to 7.50 m. But even transversely stretched ceilings, and especially flat ceilings with mesh dimensions up to 10 m are no longer uncommon. Here, of course, it is necessary to arrange the y-reinforcement with spacers on the surface of the prefabricated element and to install penetrating shear reinforcement.
